At VIASALES, recruitment is one of our most important success factors. We are now looking for a Head of Recruitment/Recruitment Leader who wants to take overall responsibility for our recruitment function and be part of our continued growth journey.
This is a role for you who has experience from the sales industry and knows what it takes to find, attract, and recruit high-performing salespeople. We are not looking for a traditional HR profile; we are looking for someone who understands sales, pace, and performance.
About VIASALESVIASALES is one of Sweden's fastest-growing sales companies and is part of Blackfish, an entrepreneur-driven group with operations in sales, recruitment, and marketing.
We currently have over 200 employees and continue to expand at a high rate. To meet our growth, we are now looking for an engaged leader who wants to develop and drive our recruitment department forward.
Your RoleAs Head of Recruitment, you will become a key person in the organization. You will lead the recruitment team, be responsible for our recruitment processes, and ensure that the business gets the right competence at the right time.
Your main areas of responsibility:
- Lead, coach, and develop the recruitment team.
- Be responsible for recruiting salespeople, team leaders, and other key roles.
- Ensure a high influx of candidates and efficient recruitment processes.
- Follow up on goals, KPIs, and quality through a data-driven approach.
- Coach recruiters on selection, interview techniques, and candidate assessment.
- Develop strategies to attract the right candidates.
- Contribute to strengthening VIASALES' employer brand and recruitment efforts.
To succeed in the role, you need to have experience from both sales and recruitment.
We would like you to:
- Have worked with recruitment within the sales industry.
- Have previous experience in a leadership role within recruitment or sales.
- Have at least two years of experience in proactive sales.
- Thrive in an environment where high pace and clear goals are a natural part of everyday life.
- Are accustomed to creating results through structure, follow-up, and coaching.
- Have good people skills and are skilled at identifying potential.
- Communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
