Do you want to help strengthen the future of small craft businesses? Hantverksakademin is looking for a careful, structured, and analytical person for a multi-year ESF-funded project on competence development for small craft businesses in the Stockholm region.

The position is a combination of two roles: Project Administrator, 60%, and Method and Quality Manager/Method Developer, 30%. The project administration runs for approximately 34 months, and the method and quality part for approximately 12 months.

The project targets small business owners, sole proprietors, and micro-enterprises, and includes digital visibility, marketing, business development, sales, pricing, economic management, and sustainable entrepreneurship. The project is based on short and flexible educational efforts, workshops, micro-modules, mentoring, and networking.

As part of our project team, you will:

• Manage participant lists, documentation, and project administration
• Support the project group with bookings, materials, and practical coordination
• Contribute to reporting, follow-up, and ongoing quality assurance
• Structure and document the project's working methods
• Work with method development and follow-up design
• Contribute to the development of change theory
• Provide support to external educators regarding method, quality, and documentation
• Contribute to creating a project model that can be used after the project ends

Competency Requirements

• Experience with project administration, documentation, or similar administrative work.
• Good administrative skills and experience in creating structure in complex contexts.
• Experience with follow-up, analysis, quality assurance, or method development.
• Ability to work systematically with materials, processes, and documentation.
• Very good ability to express yourself clearly in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
• Good digital skills and ability to work independently.

Desirable Knowledge

• Experience with ESF projects, public funding, or similar development projects.
• Experience with change theory, evaluation, or learning projects.
• Experience with educational administration, competence development, or projects with participants.

About Hantverksakademin

Hantverksakademin is a university college that educates within narrow craft professions. In the implementation project, the purpose is to develop the competencies of small craft business owners in the Stockholm area.

The project gives you the opportunity to contribute to practical, operationally close, and meaningful development work where administration, method development, and quality assurance are important parts of the implementation.

Scope and Employment Period

The position consists of:

• Project administration, 60% for 34 months
• Method and quality work/method development, 30% for 12 months

Start date: by agreement.

Location: Stockholm, with possibilities for some flexible work. Some meetings and activities take place on-site at Hantverksakademin, Medborgarplatsen.
