Are you passionate about the individual student?

Working as a School Administrator at Klara Teoretiska Gymnasium Stockholm Södra means being part of a school that truly sees and puts the student at the center. We call this "edyoucation" – an approach that focuses on theoretical knowledge and on developing students' personal skills, social competence, and emotional intelligence. As a school administrator and employee here, you will have the opportunity to be part of this development, where your contribution serves as a support function in the operations, motivating and inspiring students to reach their full potential.

About Us

Klara Teoretiska Gymnasium has existed since 2000. Today, we have 350 employees and a total of 4,200 students across our high schools. We have 11 schools around Sweden offering university-preparatory education in economics, social sciences, technology, and natural sciences. We also offer the vocational program Sales and Service at our school in Linköping.

About Klara Teoretiska Gymnasium Stockholm Södra

Klara Teoretiska Gymnasium Stockholm Södra started in 2001 and offers four university-preparatory programs: SA, EK, NA, and TE. We are an independent school centrally located on Södermalm. Currently, we have 700 students and 52 employees. We are located in Campus Södermalm, a newly built campus housing four high schools in the same building. We share common spaces, such as the cafeteria and library, as well as some staff with the other schools, but we have our own school on two floors where only our students and staff are present. We are located at Skanstull with a view of the Hammarby Canal.

Who We Are Looking For

You have an eye for detail and enjoy working both independently and in teams. You have a professional demeanor, a willingness to help others, and thrive in a role where you work together with others and build good relationships. You are structured, can handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and work methodically. You can adapt to changing conditions and prioritize according to the needs of the operations.

We are looking for you who have experience in administrative work within schools or public operations. You must have high digital competence. It is an advantage if you have knowledge and previous experience with SchoolSoft, Royal Schedule, Google Drive, and the Microsoft Office package.

What We Offer You

At Klara, we are convinced that a secure, encouraging, and direct communication is the foundation for a positive learning environment. We also believe that your work is not just about conveying knowledge, but about helping every student navigate life with confidence and responsibility. Here, you coach students to succeed in their studies and motivate them regarding what the future has to offer.

Being part of our team also means working in an environment that prioritizes the development of both you and the students. We offer a secure and supportive work environment where your ideas and creativity are highly valued.

As a school within AcadeMedia, we offer our employees continuous competence development through AcadeMedia Academy as well as internal and external professional development.
