About the role

As a Controller, you play a central role in the organization, working closely with management, project managers, and the procurement function. You are responsible for financial monitoring, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as providing decision support that strengthens the company's profitability and development.

You will also be involved in cost estimation and procurement follow-up, where your understanding of construction projects and financial interdependencies becomes a key success factor.

Your responsibilities

• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial monitoring.
• Analyze projects and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare reports and decision support materials for management and the project organization.
• Participate in cost estimation prior to project initiation.
• Follow up on purchases, supplier agreements, and cost development.
• Contribute to the development of financial processes and routines.

We are looking for someone who

• Has an academic degree in economics, such as a Master of Science in Engineering Economics or equivalent.
• Has several years of experience as a Controller or in a similar financial role.
• Has worked in the construction industry and has a good understanding of project-based operations.
• Has experience with procurement and cost estimation.
• Is comfortable working with business systems and has very good Excel skills.
• Communicates fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
