Ideal Bemanning is a growing staffing agency specialized in nurses and doctors. We help healthcare providers across Sweden ensure the right competence is in the right place, while creating attractive assignments and development opportunities for healthcare personnel.

We are in an exciting growth phase and are now looking for a Consulting Manager who wants to develop the business together with us.

About the Role

As a Consulting Manager, you play a central role in the business, responsible for recruitment, consultant care, customer relations, and business development.

You work closely with both consultants and customers to ensure high quality, good well-being, and long-term collaborations.

Your main responsibilities:

• Recruit and match nurses and doctors to assignments
• Responsible for onboarding and ongoing follow-up of consultants
• Build long-term relationships with consultants and customers
• Ensure high quality in delivery
• Identify new business opportunities among existing and new customers
• Participate in customer meetings and contribute to the business's growth
• Work with staffing, planning, and coordination
• Contribute to the development of processes, routines, and working methods

• Experience from healthcare staffing
• Experience from the healthcare sector
