We are looking for facilitators for UGL and UL in Norrland – Luleå, Sundsvall, Umeå, and Östersund

About the job

With us, you will have the opportunity to plan, implement, and follow up on high-quality leadership development programs — where learning is at the center and the development of the individual and the group drives the processes. You will become a key link between Folkuniversitetet's core values and our customers, actively contributing to the further development of our methods and offerings.

You will collaborate with other consultants and facilitators, share knowledge and ideas, and be ready to travel and work flexibly based on the needs of the assignments.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate leadership development programs within UGL and UL, starting from an open and inclusive learning approach
• Individual mentoring and coaching focused on strengthening people's development and curiosity
• Design and adapt leadership programs together with customers, using dialogue and co-creation as methods
• Contribute to the development of Folkuniversitetet's working methods, experience sharing, and knowledge dissemination
• Represent Folkuniversitetet and our values in all customer meetings and business development work

We are looking for someone who has

• An academic degree in pedagogy, psychology, behavioral science, or similar
• Mentoring training and certification in at least UL, but we would prefer if you had additional certifications.
• Documented experience in leading and facilitating learning processes and leadership development
• Ability to build and maintain relationships, respecting each individual's experience and needs
• Good communication skills in Swedish, preferably also in English
• Willingness and ability to travel and work flexibly based on customer assignments and the organization's needs
