Your new workplace

Do you want to help create a meaningful, creative, and secure everyday life for children? We are now looking for an engaged after-school teacher who wants to become an important part of our team at Granbergsskolan.

Granbergsskolan is a municipal school for grades F–6 located in Granloholm, northwest of Sundsvall's center. The school works based on the vision "Here everyone grows in themselves and in their learning" and is characterized by an inclusive approach where security, participation, and student influence are in focus. The operations are divided into two units: Östra for preschool class to grade 2, and Västra for grades 3–6.

At Granbergsskolan, students and staff meet in an environment where relationships, learning, and community are important parts of everyday life. The school offers a fantastic outdoor environment and an indoor environment well adapted to the operations.

How you contribute in the role of after-school teacher

As an after-school teacher with us, you work with planning, implementing, and developing the activities at the after-school center together with colleagues and students. You contribute to creating an stimulating environment where every child gets the opportunity to develop socially, creatively, and academically.

The work involves collaboration with the school's teachers during the school day, as you are part of a grade team, as well as active work for security, inclusion, and good relationships.

Your competence and experience

• Are educated as an after-school teacher or have other relevant pedagogical education
• Have a genuine interest in children's development and learning
• Are secure, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Have good collaboration skills and contribute with positive energy
• Enjoy working both independently and in teams
