We are now looking for a substitute primary school teacher for schools in Örnsköldsvik!

If you are new to the profession, Örnsköldsvik Municipality offers an induction program. During your first year, you will be assigned a mentor—an experienced teacher with the same subject qualification—who can guide and support you.

Responsibilities

You will teach most subjects in preschool class (F-3) and hold overall responsibility for the student group. This includes documentation and contact with guardians, which is an important part of the job. You will work together with a team to plan, implement, and follow up on teaching.

Qualifications

We are looking for you with a teacher's degree for primary school F-3. You enjoy challenges, think outside the box, and see differences and diversity as a foundation for learning and development. You are a confident adult and a clear leader in the classroom. Being a role model and creating a good atmosphere in the student group and team is second nature to you. We would appreciate it if you have experience leading group processes, the ability to create structure, and the skill to adapt teaching based on the needs of the group and individuals. You are receptive, take responsibility, are engaged, and creative.
