About the Position

We are looking for you who, with a good attitude and great helpfulness, want to be an asset to both students and staff at Timrå Adult Education.

Adult education is characterized by openness and a strong focus on citizens. A central part of the operations is our Learning Center, which serves Timrå Municipality's adult citizens with an open study environment and flexible opening hours. All staff work to provide support and stimulation so that students reach their study goals regardless of which educational institution they attend. We are looking for you who want to be part of this operation.

Your Responsibilities

Your tasks include greeting and guiding visitors in the Learning Center, supporting students in their learning, assisting with technical questions, acting as a helpful language supporter, supporting teachers in their instruction, and occasionally serving as an exam invigilator. Furthermore, we want you to focus on ensuring that students receive a good reception and that you are highly service-oriented. You have a professional approach when meeting students and visitors from other educational institutions.

Qualifications

• Experience from work in schools, social work, and multilingualism is desirable.
