About the Job

In the role of Student Support Assistant, you will work directly with a specific student throughout the school day.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who enjoys the school environment, likes to collaborate, and has a calm, clear, and respectful approach towards children and young people. Experience from similar roles is desirable, but you do not need to know everything from the start. You should have a willingness to learn, try new things, and take responsibility for your assignment.

We want you to:

• have completed upper secondary education
• be able to communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• have good teamwork skills and enjoy working in a team
• be secure, stable, and clear in your interactions with students in various situations

It is an advantage if you:

• have experience working with children with NPD (Neurodevelopmental Disorders)
