As a Payroll Specialist, you will become part of an established team where you work with several client assignments. You are responsible for the entire payroll process – from processing and payroll calculation to ensuring that laws and agreements are followed. The role also involves supporting and guiding customers in their payroll matters to create smooth and well-functioning processes.

We look for someone with good experience in independent payroll work and confidence in handling the entire process. You have a business-minded approach, thrive in collaboration with others, and always put the customer's needs first.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in payroll (University College degree or equivalent) or equivalent longer experience in the profession
• At least three years of experience in qualified and independent payroll work
• Good understanding of Swedish labor law and collective agreements

It is an advantage if you have experience with payroll systems Agda and/or Crona as well as Flex HRM Time and Travel.
