About the role

Do you want to work in a broad finance role where attention to detail, structure, and collaboration are in focus? We are now looking for a Finance Assistant AR/AP for our partner, where you will become part of a Nordic finance team for 6 months and work with both customer and supplier accounts for several companies.

In this role, you will become an important part of the team working within AR/AP and accounting. The team is responsible for ongoing accounting and reporting for several Nordic companies and collaborates closely with other parts of the finance organization as well as other functions in the business.

As a Finance Assistant AR/AP, you work to ensure efficient, accurate, and uniform financial processes. You handle invoices, payments, reconciliations, and ongoing follow-up, while also supporting both internal and external stakeholders with questions related to accounts receivable/payable and payment flows. This role suits you if you thrive in an international environment, have good system proficiency, and are motivated by creating order and quality in daily work.

Your main responsibilities

• Responsible for handling supplier and customer accounts
• Register new customers and suppliers
• Follow up on customer payments and handle payment reminders to ensure timely payment
• Perform reconciliations and contribute to monthly and annual closing
• Support internal and external stakeholders with information regarding invoices, payments, and account details
• Participate in improvement work related to processes, routines, and systems within the finance area
• Collaborate with colleagues in different departments and contribute to efficient and uniform working methods

We are looking for someone who

• Has several years of experience working with customer and supplier accounts in a company with an international environment
• Has experience with ERP and invoice management systems
• Has good knowledge of Excel and experience working with large data sets
• Has the ability to independently drive and prioritize your tasks
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Has an interest in working in a team and contributing to the improvement and efficiency of processes
• Experience with Medius and/or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) is a plus.

About the recruitment process and employment
