About the Job
Are you a service-oriented, structured, and collaborative person seeking a varied administrative role? Do you want to work in an organization where your skills make a difference? Then this might be the position for you.
We are now looking for a new colleague to join our team as one of our valued employees is retiring after many years of service.
Within the Social Administration and Finance Department, there are three administrative units providing support and services to various operations. You will join the Unit for Administrative Operational Support, where you will become part of a team of three administrators responsible for honoraria processing.
In this role, you will be responsible for administration related to honoraria and allowances for foster homes and contact persons. You will manage honoraria, expense allowances, and associated administrative processes, ensuring that payments are made correctly in accordance with current agreements and guidelines. You will draft and administer contracts, register and follow up on documentation, and provide administrative support to managers and case workers.
The role involves numerous contacts both internally and externally, requiring high standards of accuracy, structure, and professional conduct. At the same time, it offers a varied daily routine where you will take ownership and contribute to developing our working methods together with your colleagues.
Here, you will become an important part of an engaged team where collaboration, service, and quality are at the forefront. Together, we create the conditions for efficient administrative support that makes a difference – both for the operations and for the foster homes and contact persons we work with.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have a post-secondary education of at least two years in administration, economics, or another field deemed relevant by the employer. You have experience in qualified administrative work, good computer skills, and are accustomed to working in various digital operational systems. You express yourself very well both orally and in writing in Swedish.
Experience from public sector work, preferably within social services, is an advantage. Experience with administering honoraria, allowances, or other financial-administrative processes is also beneficial, as is experience working in the Treserva and Personec operational systems.
We are looking for you who are service- and collaboration-oriented, meticulous, and possess a professional demeanor. With empathy and strong communication skills, you build trusting relationships with colleagues and other partners. You work in a structured manner and ensure that your tasks are carried out in accordance with decisions made, current agreements, and the administration's guidelines. You also have an interest in development and digitalization and are eager to contribute to finding efficient solutions.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
