Customer Receptionist for Automotive Service

We are looking for a customer receptionist who will be responsible for all customer contacts and the management of our customers in collaboration with the rest of the organization.
You will work in our booking and scheduling system, handling vehicle check-ins and check-outs, maintaining phone contact with customers, and scheduling damage inspections.
The role also includes administrative tasks related to these processes.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a customer receptionist in the automotive industry
Proficient computer skills
Strong ability to quickly learn new systems
Experience handling customers both in person and over the phone
