Natessens business idea is as simple as it is competitive: offering exciting and high-quality organic raw materials directly from farmers and cooperatives to anyone who wants to live healthily. In addition to environment and health, we also care about social sustainability. Therefore, we work closely with our suppliers, from beekeepers in Sweden to cocoa farmers in Ecuador.
Direct Trade also ensures longer shelf life for the raw materials since they do not wait in warehouses in Europe before arriving in Sweden. Instead, we pack them ourselves in our factory in Landvetter outside Gothenburg.

Job Description
Customer Service: The role involves providing service via phone and email, as well as handling administrative tasks related to customer cases. You will continuously learn facts about our various products and get to know our customers' needs.
Inbound Sales: The majority of our products are sold through our webshop. This involves significant phone contact with customers, focusing on providing information and upselling our products. The role also includes managing administration for our e-commerce operations. This is done digitally in various systems.
Projects: Smaller projects related to our products, where you participate in a project group or take on coordination responsibilities, will occur.
As we are a small team, you will also be expected to step in and perform other tasks. During busy periods, for example, you will help with packing orders for delivery of our goods or drive out to customers with goods.
Your Qualifications
You have at least a high school diploma with a relevant focus and a few years of work experience. A Category B driver's license for a car with a manual transmission is required, as well as good computer skills.
Since a large part of the working time is linked to our various computer systems, it is crucial that you have experience with, among other things, Excel and are willing to learn how to work with several different computer systems. Orderliness is important to you. Since you have both direct and indirect contact with our customers, it is important that you master the Swedish language in speech and writing.
