Convini is now looking for a new Sales Representative to join the team in Gothenburg – a role for you who enjoys proactive sales, a fast pace, and creating new business opportunities.
What does the role offer?As a Sales Representative, you are responsible for identifying new customers, booking meetings, and driving deals from the first contact all the way to a signed contract. The role has a clear focus on new customer acquisition and creating new business. Once the customer is onboarded, the deal is handed over to Convini’s Customer Success team, who are responsible for the ongoing customer journey and the development of the partnership. This allows you to fully focus on what drives you most – opening doors, building relationships, and winning new business.
You will work with modern digital tools and CRM systems as a natural part of your daily routine, where structure and follow-up are key components for success in the role.

Who are you?We are looking for someone with experience in proactive B2B sales who is motivated by creating new business and building relationships. You are used to working with clear goals and understand the importance of structure and activity in the sales process.
Furthermore, we believe you have good digital skills and feel comfortable working in CRM systems and other digital sales tools. Experience with systems like SuperOffice or similar is a plus, but most importantly, you have an interest in digital ways of working and can quickly adapt to new tools.
As a person, you are positive, resilient, and driven. You thrive in social settings, enjoy reaching out to new people, and have a natural energy that rubs off on both customers and colleagues. At the same time, you are a team player who appreciates working in a team with high engagement and strong cohesion.
