Job Description:

In the role of Cashier and Information Assistant at BAUHAUS, you play a key part as the face of our company to our customers. You will work in our checkout line handling standard cashier duties, as well as at our information desk providing customer service by answering questions via the counter, email, and phone. You will also be our first point of contact for handling complaints and returns, which requires you to have a humble attitude, be service-oriented, and professional in meeting the customer's needs and requests.

You need to be outgoing, independent, and flexible to thrive in this role. We strive for a balanced age and gender distribution as well as ethnic and cultural diversity. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities. It is an extra plus if you are hands-on, have industry experience and/or background as a craftsman, but it is not a requirement. You must be at least 18 years old, fluent in Swedish (spoken and written) and English (spoken). As part of this recruitment process, we will request a certificate from the Swedish Police Authority's register of convictions.

You will be part of a team of skilled colleagues who all work to make the workday as good as possible for both customers and staff. The position is permanent, part-time with 5 hours per week.
