As a real estate agent with us, it is crucial that you thrive in sales and are motivated by creating a smooth customer experience with strong relationships both short- and long-term. Additionally, we expect you to:

• Be a licensed real estate agent with an active or dormant registration

• Alternatively, be in the final stages of your real estate agent education

• Want to learn a proven working method that ensures customers get the best possible price

Previous successful sales are considered a merit, but we are also confident that we have the tools needed to help you get started.
