HR Specialist with Focus on Health and Working Environment – Stenungsund Municipality

About the Position
We are now looking for an HR specialist who is passionate about health, working environment, and personnel issues. This is a broad role within a multifaceted organization with two main areas of focus.
Responsibilities
One part of the position is directed towards the Social Services sector. In this role, you will provide close support and collaboration with managers on operational personnel matters, which forms the core of the assignment. Strategic matters at the sector and cross-organizational levels within the personnel area are also important aspects of the work. The responsibilities cover the HR field broadly, but rehabilitation, working environment issues, and labor law together with first-line managers within the Social Services sector form the foundation of the work.
The second part of the position has its main focus on the area of health and illness, both from a strategic and operational perspective. Health promotion work, the development of working environment issues, and a focus on reducing sickness absence are examples of important parts of this assignment.
The municipality has worked for many years with "Health Inspirers" – employees who, in their daily work, inspire and enable various health-promoting initiatives at their respective workplaces. Coordinating the important work of these Health Inspirers is part of the job content. Another central task is to support the municipality's "triads". The triad is a systematic and close collaboration at the workplace between the roles of manager, safety representative, and health inspirer, with the aim of working together to promote health and lay the foundations for the best possible working environment. Close contact and development with the municipality's occupational health services is also a standing and significant part of the work.
You will also work with Miljödata's working environment system, rehabilitation cases, annual follow-ups of SAM (Systematic Work Environment Management), and other tasks within the areas of working environment and health.
Requirements and Merits
Requirements:
- A university degree in the field of personnel and working life, or another higher education qualification that the employer deems equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in qualified and broad HR work.
- Experience in working with working environment, health/illness areas, including rehabilitation cases, or experience in HR work in high-volume operations.
- Good ability to provide operational and strategic managerial support to managers in labor law matters and personnel issues.
- Good ability to express yourself well in speech and writing.
- Good digital competence and experience working in business systems and digital support systems.
Merits:
- Experience in HR work within public operations, preferably municipal operations.
- Experience working with Miljödata's various systems.

You are stress-resistant and have the courage and strength to handle many and difficult personnel cases. You are also flexible and can quickly adapt to new conditions.
You have a good sense of what needs to be prioritized most from an operational perspective, especially when not all needs can be met simultaneously. It is important that you are a team player, but also accustomed to working independently and have the ability to drive and complete assignments in a structured and systematic manner. You also have the ability to coordinate and take responsibility for keeping activities together where several different actors are involved.
Generally good data maturity, a positive attitude towards digitalization, and an interest in the development of these issues are prerequisites for functioning well in this position.

Employment Type: Fixed-term employment.
