Global Mobility Coordinator

Job Description

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Global Mobility Coordinator to handle mobility issues related to international employees relocating to Sweden. The role involves providing support and administration within global mobility, as well as ensuring that the company's processes and guidelines are followed.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, handling international employee assignments, coordinating visa and immigration matters, supporting foreign employees relocating to Sweden, and coordinating the practical aspects of the relocation process for employees and their families.

You will work independently with support from colleagues and collaborate with multiple stakeholders at our client's site. The role involves a significant amount of administrative and recurring tasks, requiring high attention to detail and the ability to manage details. You will also work with numbers, follow-ups, and Excel in your daily work.

Who is the right fit?

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Post-secondary education in areas such as HR, administration, economics, or another relevant field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative tasks in a professional environment.
  • Experience in coordination, process management, or employee support.
  • Experience working with Excel.
  • Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

To succeed in this role, you need to be meticulous, structured, and comfortable with administrative tasks. You have a talent for collaborating with various stakeholders and can work independently on multiple parallel cases.

Meritorious qualifications:

  • Experience in global mobility or relocation.
  • Knowledge of Swedish migration legislation and migration processes.
  • Experience with international HR processes.
  • Experience working in global organizations.
  • Experience supporting international employees relocating to Sweden.
