Job Description
Are you a service-minded individual early in your career who is skilled in administration? Have you previously worked as a sales coordinator, marketing assistant, or customer service representative? Then we have an assignment for you with our client in Gothenburg!
As a Sales Coordinator, you are the hub and backbone of the department. You are responsible for handling inquiries and cases from both salespeople and customers, with a strong focus on support, administration, and problem-solving.
Your main tasks include:
- Providing daily support to salespeople and customers through investigations, problem-solving, and generating sales statistics.
- Sharing administrative responsibility for the sales team together with your colleagues in the group.
- Handling quotations, contracts, and ongoing cases in customer systems.
- Registering new customers, updating the customer register, and monitoring contracts that need renegotiation or renewal.
- Assisting with various digital and postal mailings.
- Actively participating in general operational tasks within the business to contribute to the team's success.
As a person, you are meticulous, structured, and possess analytical skills that allow you to quickly see connections and solutions. You have strong self-drive and are skilled at planning your own work, while also being a team player with high collaboration skills. Your attitude is positive, and you have a genuine commitment to supporting both customers and colleagues at the highest possible service level.
As a consultant at Randstad, you are employed by us and work at one of our clients. You enjoy the same benefits at Randstad as at other employers with collective agreements, such as fitness subsidies, occupational health care, insurance, and discounts on gym memberships. In addition, you are offered a range of career opportunities, exposure to different corporate cultures, and experience from various industries, which helps you develop your skills and build a robust CV. The role may involve many contacts, so good collaboration and communication skills are essential. We look for someone who is driven and accustomed to working independently. If you are looking for an employer that offers varied assignments and new networks, you will thrive with us.
This is a full-time consultancy assignment with a desired start date of August 17th, running for 1-1.5 years. Working hours are scheduled from 07:45 to 16:15.
