About the Role
As Head of Operations, you have overall responsibility for RN Automotive's two facilities in Tagene and Åbro, as well as approximately 25 employees. You are responsible for daily operations, the entirety of both facilities, business results, and the ongoing change journey.
Your mission is to create a modern, efficient, and customer-oriented operation where processes, working methods, and employees develop in line with market demands.

- Build a strong performance and accountability culture.
- Coach and develop leaders and employees.
- Collaborate closely with RN Nordic and Salvador Caetano Group to ensure the implementation of prioritized initiatives.
You report to the CEO of RN Automotive Sweden and work closely with both the Swedish management and the international organization.
Your Profile
We are looking for you who are a strong operational leader with documented experience in developing businesses in transition. You have a business drive, a strong focus on execution, and thrive in an environment where you are expected to create results through people, structure, and clear leadership.
We believe you have:
- Experience from the automotive industry or related operations.
- Experience in personnel, budget, and P&L responsibility.
- Experience in leading through other leaders.
- Documented experience in change management and business development.
- Good understanding of sales, after-sales, and business development.
- Experience in digitalization, efficiency improvements, and continuous improvement work.
- Good financial understanding and habit of following up on business results.
- Very good proficiency in Swedish and English.
As a person, you are clear, unpretentious, and result-oriented. You are accustomed to making decisions, following up on activities, and ensuring that change is actually implemented. You build trust through presence, engagement, and leadership that enables people to grow and perform together.
