We are currently looking for an experienced Registrar at Jurek for an exciting consulting assignment. The assignment starts immediately and aims to support a central secretariat function in ongoing registry and information management work. About the role and responsibilitiesWe are now looking for a Registrar for a consulting assignment where you will become part of a central secretariat function. In this role, you, together with other registrars, are responsible for handling documents that enter or are created within the organization, ensuring they are registered in a correct and legally secure manner.
You will also support the operations in matters concerning requests for public documents and their disclosure.
Furthermore, you will actively participate in developing and ensuring procedures related to case and information management. The assignment also includes training initiatives, investigative work, and some coordination responsibilities within cross-administrative issues.
This role is suitable for you if you enjoy combining operational registrar work with more development-oriented tasks and have a strong interest in information management within the public sector.
Your background, experience, and competenciesExperience working as a Registrar
Good knowledge and familiarity with working in digital document and case management systems
Excellent ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
University or college education in public administration, law, or other education/experience considered equivalent
Ability to work independently, structured, and with high quality
Additional qualifications include:
Experience working in a politically governed organization
Experience with the case management system Evolution from Sokigo
Education in or experience working according to the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act (OSL)
Knowledge of or experience with GDPR

You have high integrity and understand the importance of correct information management. Furthermore, you enjoy switching between ongoing registrar duties and development work.
Good to knowYou will be employed as a consultant by Jurek and work on assignment for our client. The planned assignment duration is three months, with the possibility of extension. The assignment is a full-time position with an immediate start.
