Description

We are now looking for you who are at the beginning of your career and want to develop within payroll and administration. In this role, together with the payroll manager, you will be responsible for the entire payroll process for 350 employees across our five operating companies. It is a varied and developmental role where no two days are alike.

Responsibilities

The tasks may vary, but include among other things:

• Handle time reports, expense claims, reimbursements, and benefits
• Payroll preparation, payment, and reporting for salaried employees and unionized staff
• Handle occupational pensions, employer certificates, insurance, and other pension-related matters
• Answer questions from managers and employees
• Support managers and employees in employment and payroll-related matters
• Report to authorities
• Other personnel and economic administration

Qualifications

• Relevant post-secondary education in payroll
• Interest in systems and digital working methods
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

We work with Kontek Payroll and Kontek HRM. Experience with these systems is an advantage but not a requirement, as your willingness to learn and develop is more important.

Conditions

Scope: Full-time

Start date: According to agreement

Location: Grästorp

Travel in the role: Occasional travel to our various facilities may occur.

Due to holidays and leave, feedback will be given no earlier than week 33.
