Do you want to work in an international environment where you support employees from all over the world with their relocation to Sweden? We are now looking for a Global Mobility Coordinator who wants to contribute administrative expertise and high-level service within international mobility.

The position is a consultancy assignment starting as soon as possible and running until July 31, 2027.

In this role, you are responsible for delivering Global Mobility services within a Swedish context, as well as administering and supporting processes, programs, and policies related to international employee transfers within the client's operations.

You act as an advisor and administrative support for foreign employees who are recruited locally and relocate to Sweden. The role involves coordinating and managing the practical relocation process for employees and their families, for example:

• Coordination of visas and work permits
• Support with migration matters
• Contact with relocation providers
• Assistance with housing search and move-in
• Administration related to international transfers

You work carefully, structured, and independently, with a strong focus on quality and service. You thrive with administrative tasks in an international business environment.

• Post-secondary education or equivalent relevant experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in administrative work in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of Excel and comfort working with numbers.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• Experience in Global Mobility is advantageous but not required.
• Knowledge of Swedish migration legislation and migration processes is advantageous.
