The HR unit at Skaraborg Hospital currently consists of approximately 30 employees with broad experience in various HR areas. Half of the group works with scheduling and working time registration, while the others handle HR issues regarding competence supply, payroll, labor law, work environment, and leadership. We play a central role in the hospital's organization, supporting the core operations both strategically and operationally on issues spanning the entire HR field. Our approach is consultative and process-oriented.

Responsibilities

As an HR Consultant, you work closely with the hospital's core operations alongside dedicated colleagues. The role involves broad and varied HR work where you support managers and collaborate with functions within the hospital-wide staff.

You are part of the operational management group as the HR representative and lead HR-common processes within your area of responsibility. The work is both proactive and consultative, covering among other things competence supply, payroll, labor law, work environment, and leadership.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have:

• An academic degree in HR/personnel or equivalent.
• Some years of experience in broad HR work.
• Good communication and pedagogical skills.

As a person, you thrive in a relationship-building role where collaboration and consultative support are central elements. You have a structured yet flexible working style and can view situations from multiple perspectives.

It is an advantage if you have experience in managerial support regarding HR-related issues and education within HR processes.
