About the Role

As an Account Manager here, you play a central role in ensuring that our schools receive the right substitutes at the right time. Your work involves recruitment, personnel leadership, customer processing, and business development.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Customer Responsibility – Build and develop relationships with schools and municipalities to ensure long-term collaborations.
• Recruitment – Actively recruit, interview, and hire substitutes to ensure a high-quality workforce.
• Personnel Responsibility – Coach and support substitutes to ensure their well-being and performance.
• Business Development – Contribute to developing and improving our services and identifying new business opportunities.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in recruitment, personnel management, or sales – preferably within staffing, education, or the service industry.
• Is a natural relationship builder and thrives in a role with extensive customer contact.
• Is accustomed to working independently and driving processes forward.
• Has strong communication skills and a knack for matching the right person to the right assignment.
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
