For an assignment initially lasting 6 months with good opportunities for extension, we are now looking for an experienced HR Administrator for our pleasant client company with offices at Lindholmen. The company is part of an international group and has approximately 110 employees in Sweden.

We are now looking for an engaged HR Administrator who wants to contribute to a positive employee journey and a strong employer brand. The role has a clear administrative foundation where you ensure that HR processes, systems, and personnel administration function effectively and correctly, while also contributing to the development of people, culture, and ways of working.
You will be part of a friendly team consisting of Payroll, HR, Facility, and IT, totaling 5 people. The team is characterized by good cooperation and you will also have several other internal contacts within the company.
About the Role
As an HR Administrator, you work broadly with HR issues and are an important support to managers and employees. You are responsible for HR administration, system management, and reporting, as well as working with onboarding, offboarding, work environment, rehabilitation, training initiatives, and employer branding.
You will, among other things:
- Administer HR systems and personnel-related processes.
- Handle sick leave, insurance cases, and authority reporting.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, and conduct exit interviews.
- Support managers in work environment and rehabilitation issues.
- Plan and carry out activities within health, well-being, and corporate culture.
- Support recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.
- Update HR policies, employee handbook, and internal information.
- Produce HR-related key figures and contribute with analyses that support the business.
We are looking for you who
Have experience in administrative HR work and thrive in a role where structure, precision, and service are central parts of daily life. You have good system familiarity, work independently, and are confident in handling several processes in parallel.

We would like you to have:
- Post-secondary education in HR or equivalent experience.
- Experience with HR administration and HR systems.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
