At Göteborgsfamiljen, we operate bars, restaurants, and meeting places throughout Gothenburg with the goal of creating environments where people want to meet, socialize, and have fun together.

To support our operations and the people behind them, we are now looking for an HR Coordinator for our headquarters on Tredje Långgatan – a crucial behind-the-scenes role that keeps many of the parts of our operations running smoothly every day.

About the Role

As an HR Coordinator, you work closely with the business and broadly support managers and employees in daily HR tasks. The role involves creating structure, managing administrative processes, and ensuring that things run as they should in everyday operations.

You will work with recruitment, personnel administration, payroll-related processes, HR systems, and follow-up regarding agreements, documentation, and deadlines.

A key part of the role is creating order and overview. You manage many smaller tasks simultaneously and ensure that duties, routines, and processes are followed up on and completed.

This role suits you if you enjoy administration, like working in a structured way, and thrive in an environment where the pace is sometimes high and many things happen simultaneously.

About You

We are looking for someone who is organized, responsible, and humble. You are good at planning and prioritizing your work, meeting deadlines, and enjoy creating order around you.

You are communicative, helpful, and thrive in a role where you work closely with people and the day-to-day business. Supporting others, answering questions, and helping to solve problems are natural parts of what makes the job enjoyable for you.

Previous HR experience is meritorious but not a requirement. However, if you have not worked in HR before, we believe you need to be particularly driven, curious, and have a strong desire to learn the role over time.

It is a plus if you have previously worked administratively, coordinatively, or in a high-paced environment with many contact points.

About the Position

The role is based at our headquarters on Tredje Långgatan in Gothenburg. Here, HR works together with colleagues in marketing, sales, concept development, and operations in a daily routine characterized by collaboration, quick questions, and short decision-making paths.
