Are you a lawyer ready to make a difference? Our operations are growing, and we are therefore looking for more litigation lawyers for the Process and Legal Unit within the Division for National Dental Care, International Care, and Labour Market Support (NA), who can think strategically and creatively.
The Process and Legal Unit is part of the NA Legal Support business area and consists of ten division lawyers and five litigation lawyers, all based at the office in Malmö. The unit is responsible for litigation in court and legal support to the division. Legal support acts as a driving force and engine in the legal quality work of the division.
Litigation, Negotiation, and Development
As a litigation lawyer, you represent the Swedish Social Insurance Agency in social insurance cases in the Administrative Court and the Administrative Court of Appeal. In some cases, you may also be involved in appeals to the Supreme Administrative Court.
The work primarily involves written litigation, where you mainly draft statements and appeals. It also includes oral litigation in the administrative courts. You work together with division lawyers and other experts to advance cases. The role includes quality development work, where you actively work to improve our working methods and participate in legal quality follow-ups. As a litigation lawyer, you also provide feedback to various business areas within the division. If needed, you can also support the division lawyers in their work, for example, with remiss and preparation work.

We are looking for you who
- have a law degree
- are notary-qualified or have equivalent competence, for example, other experience of working in court or appeal processes at a public authority
- have good collaboration skills and can act on your own initiative
- are proactive and take responsibility for high-quality results
- have a systematic and meticulous working method
- can understand and analyze complex issues
- communicate clearly, explicitly, and structured.
It is an advantage if you
- have current experience of court processes in social insurance cases
- have good knowledge of administrative procedural law and social insurance law, preferably within the current division's insurance area
- have good knowledge of public access and confidentiality as well as other public authority law.

Other Information
2 positions, permanent, full-time, with start date September 1st or as agreed. Probation period may apply. Remote work opportunities exist if the work allows. Some positions with us involve participation in security-sensitive operations. To be employed in such a position, a security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) is required.
