The Swedish entity is a smaller subsidiary based in Mölndal, responsible for sales and administration towards the public sector, primarily regions and municipalities. The finance function plays a central role in the company and is a natural part of the daily collaboration with management and commercial functions.

💼 Responsibilities

In the role of Accountant, you have overall responsibility for the financial work in the Swedish entity and work in close cooperation with the group. You are responsible for ensuring that ongoing accounting, reporting, and follow-up maintain high quality and comply with both local regulations and group requirements. The role is broad and business-oriented, combining operational accounting tasks with administrative and business-support duties.

You are a key contact point for financial reporting to the group, working with group accounting and group reporting, including monthly reporting and follow-up. At the same time, you collaborate closely with colleagues in sales, bidding, and management in daily work.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Ongoing accounting, month-end closing, and reporting to the group
• Work with group accounting, internal reporting, and financial follow-up
• Handling of customer and supplier ledgers, payments, bank matters, and VAT
• Bank reconciliations and quality assurance of financial flows and data
• Administration of contracts, price lists, and item registers, as well as support in bidding processes when needed

🔍 Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

• Experience in finance and accounting
• Good understanding of financial flows and administrative processes
• Good system proficiency and experience with business/ERP systems
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• Fluent Swedish (written and spoken), good English skills
