Your responsibilities

In the role of Tax Manager, you work to ensure tax compliance and further develop strategies, processes, and ways of working related to the company's global operations. You collaborate closely with both internal functions and the group's central tax organization.

You report to the responsible manager within Finance and are part of an international context with many contact surfaces.

Your main responsibilities include, among other things:

• Handle and provide support in tax issues related to international operations
• Ensure compliance with local and global tax regulations
• Support and train regional teams on tax-related matters
• Monitor and analyze changes in tax legislation and business trends
• Develop and improve processes for tax reporting and follow-up
• Participate in the implementation of digital tools and solutions within the tax area
• Contribute to global projects related to, for example, transfer pricing and new regulations
• Support operations during tax audits and external inquiries

Your profile

We are looking for you who have strong competence in the tax area and experience working in an international environment. You are accustomed to handling complex issues and thrive in a role with many contact surfaces.

As a person, you are business-minded, structured, and have good collaboration skills. You have a proactive work style and are confident in communicating complex issues to different parts of the organization.

Success factors

• Academic education in economics, law, or equivalent
• Several years of experience in international tax work
• Experience from a multinational group or consulting business
• Good knowledge of international tax rules and regulations
• Experience working with tax-related systems and digitalization
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives
• Very good communication skills
• Fluent English in speech and writing
