You will play a key role in implementing the ServiceNow HR module in a large and complex organization within public healthcare. The focus is on creating clear, sustainable, and cohesive processes for management work and the employee lifecycle, with special emphasis on preboarding, onboarding, and offboarding.

You will work closely with project management, business representatives, HR, IT, and developers, becoming the natural link between needs and solutions. The role involves translating business needs into requirements, process descriptions, target images, and decision-making materials, while contributing to better prioritization, reduced risk, and higher accuracy in design. You will also strengthen test preparations and change management so that new ways of working can be introduced in a controlled manner. • You drive requirements work and translate business needs into clear requirements, process descriptions, target images, and decision-making materials.
• You act as a bridge between the business and development resources to ensure the solution is designed based on business value and feasibility.
• You support the implementation of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery with a focus on HR processes related to management work and the employee lifecycle.
• You lead and facilitate workshops and create alignment between the business, HR, IT, and developers.
• You structure and support prioritization in the work and ensure traceability between needs, requirements, and solutions.
• You contribute to test preparations by quality-assuring requirements, defining acceptance criteria, and supporting the verification of processes and user flows.
• You produce materials that support change management and the introduction of new ways of working, roles, and processes.

• At least 6 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
• At least 2 years of experience in a role as a business architect/business analyst or equivalent.
• Documented experience working with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
• At least 6 years of experience in process leadership and process development with an emphasis on HR processes in ServiceNow.
• Experience working in an overarching or strategic role in projects, such as business architect, process leader, or change manager in complex organizations.
• Experience from the public sector regarding the ServiceNow HR module, where experience from a region is particularly valuable.
• Experience leading requirements work and translating business needs into solution design.
• Experience facilitating workshops and leading dialogue between the business and IT.
• Good technical understanding to participate in design and solution discussions.
• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing.
• Ability to work with on-site presence 1–2 days per week.
• You can provide references from at least two relevant assignments.

• An academic degree in personnel science, systems science, business development, or another relevant area, or equivalent experience.
• ServiceNow certification.
• Documented competence in process mapping and process development within the HR area.
• Experience in change management.
• Documented education in communication and/or leadership.
