Job Responsibilities
We are now looking for an engaged and driven Consulting Manager to join our team in Gothenburg! At Posti, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic role where you combine leadership, recruitment, and business development. As a Consulting Manager, you are responsible for staffing assignments in Gothenburg and the surrounding area. You act as a key link between our clients and consultants, driving the business forward and ensuring high quality in delivery. You will have significant freedom in how you plan your working day – the important thing is that we achieve results together. The role includes:
- Personnel Responsibility: You are an present leader for your consultants, ensuring they thrive and develop. This involves regular contact, follow-up, and responsibility for administration such as time reporting.
- Client Contact & Business Development: Together with our sales team, you actively work to build and develop long-term collaborations with both new and existing clients. You independently drive upselling and work on understanding client needs.
- Recruitment: You lead the entire recruitment process – from creating a clear job profile and advertising, to interviewing candidates and presenting them to the client.
Your ability to network and create long-term relationships is key to success in this role. The work is stimulating and varied, with the opportunity to build a large network in the business community.
Your Profile

Since we work in a small, family-like office, personal qualities are very important. Here we are unpretentious, goal-oriented, have a high ceiling, and are close to laughter! We would like you to have:
- Previous experience from the logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing industries.
- A flexible and solution-oriented attitude as well as creative thinking.
- Good computer skills and the ability to quickly get up to speed with new systems.
- A valid driver's license (Category B).
It is an advantage if you also have:
- Previous experience from the staffing industry, preferably with a focus on warehousing and logistics.
- Knowledge of the business system Intelliplan.
