About the Assignment

We are currently looking for an experienced Financial Controller for a fixed-term consulting assignment starting in August 2026 through March 2027. You will become part of a global finance team responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting as well as regulatory compliance.

In this role, you will work closely with the Chief Accountant and collaborate internationally with colleagues in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting. The assignment offers a dynamic work environment with great opportunities for both professional and personal development.

Your Responsibilities

As a Financial Controller, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring accurate and efficient financial reporting
• Participating in the closing process and period-end activities
• Performing analyses and monitoring financial results
• Managing the annual reporting process
• Serving as the main contact and coordinator for external auditors
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards K3 and IFRS
• Collaborating with international teams and functions

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, analytical, and has a strong sense of structure and quality. You thrive in a role where you take responsibility and contribute to improvements.

To succeed in this role, you have:

• An academic degree in economics, accounting, or equivalent
• At least 8 years of experience in accounting or controlling
• Good knowledge of K3 and IFRS
• Very good command of Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with business systems
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Experience from an accounting firm is an advantage
• Experience from large corporations is a plus
