About the role
As a Customer Host within workplace services, you are Coor's face to the outside world and a central part of the customer's daily operations. The assignment takes place in a modern, centrally located office environment with a large organization that has many visitors and high demands for service and professionalism. Here, you contribute together with an engaged team to a pleasant, efficient, and well-functioning workplace.
The role is broad and varied, involving close collaboration with the customer, colleagues, suppliers, and property owners. Through your presence, sense of service, and ability to find solutions, you create a positive experience for both employees and guests.
Examples of tasks:
- Staff the reception and greet customers and visitors in a professional manner
- Perform office services and workplace-related service tasks
- Receive, register, and handle fault reports
- Plan and execute daily operational tasks according to contract
- Handle orders with suppliers and contractors
- Participate in customer activities and contribute to the development of the collaboration
- Distribute mail and goods, handle signage, access cards, and conference rooms
- Supervise coffee/vending solutions, office supplies, waste management, etc.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of maintenance plans and annual calendars (e.g., SBA)

What we are looking for in you:
- Previous experience in service, customer host, reception, or similar roles
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Good computer skills and experience working with digital systems

- Working hours: Weekdays 07:30-16:30
- Start date: 2026-08-17
- Probation period: 6 months
