About the RoleYou will step into a socially important operation where financial control, follow-up, and structure need to be strengthened in connection with a major organizational change. Here, you will play a central role in bringing order to the finances, building clear models for budgeting and forecasting, and providing managers with better decision-making support in their daily work.
The role combines analysis and execution. You will work closely with existing financial resources, business managers, and unit managers to create a long-term sustainable structure that works in practice. The focus is on strengthening accounting, improving follow-ups, and ensuring that finance becomes an integrated steering tool throughout the operation.

Responsibilities- You analyze the current situation and quality-assure the financial structure by identifying and correcting incorrect postings and financial items.
- You ensure that revenues and costs are reported correctly, including the handling of special items.
- You establish and anchor a functioning process for budgeting, ongoing forecasting, and monthly follow-ups.
- You develop uniform budget and follow-up templates that give managers concrete support in steering, analysis, and decision-making.
- You develop materials that make it easier to track deviations early and translate analysis into actions at the right level in the operation.
- You support business leadership and managers with models, working methods, analytical support, and ongoing dialogue on financial matters.
- You analyze and further develop the resource allocation model between the authority and the service provider, focusing on principles, structure, and practical application.
- You contribute to shaping functions, roles, and working methods so that the operation can sustain the structure in the long term.
- You consolidate existing budget structures into a common model and adapt finance, follow-up, and responsibility to a new organizational chart.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in the relevant field.
- At least 4 years of experience as an economist, controller, and/or financial manager.
- Documented experience in creating financial structures in close collaboration with public operations.
- Documented experience in implementing budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Documented experience with resource allocation models.
- Strong operational ability, where you drive the work forward and do not stop at analysis.
- High pedagogical and communicative skills.
- Experience from social services and/or elderly care.
