Program Coordinator for the Jönköping Area
We are now looking for a Program Coordinator who will support and drive efficient business processes within a global program environment. In this role, you will be a key person for the program's daily operations and ensure that people, processes, and workforce planning are efficiently adapted to the program's goals and overall strategy.
About the Role
This is a consultancy assignment via OIO for an initial period of 6 months, where you will become an integral part of the business. As a Program Coordinator, you will coordinate the daily operational activities for the program members while ensuring compliance with policies, labor laws, and ethical guidelines in collaboration with HR. An important part of the job is to promote engagement and well-being among the program members through proactive support.
You will work closely with Program Leadership, PMO, Program HR, and local HR teams, playing a central role in creating structure, enabling collaboration, and supporting the long-term development of the program's competencies and capacity. The role focuses heavily on coordination, administration, and communication within the program.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Program HR and local HR teams regarding personnel-related processes and issues.
- Support workforce planning and resource management in a global/virtual program organization.
- Administer and follow up on personnel-related processes and ensure smooth implementation.
- Be responsible for program-related administration, documentation, and data follow-up.
- Maintain and develop frameworks for working methods, staffing, and documentation.
- Support organizational development and continuous improvements within the program.
- Facilitate the planning of competence development and follow up on long-term initiatives for talent supply.
- Coordinate activities for reskilling and upskilling within the program.
- Support decisions regarding staffing and resource allocation.
- Support structured communication within the program (e.g., updates, coordination, and information flow).
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and long-term competence building.

- A university degree in HR, communication, administration, or equivalent.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Experience in operational or coordinating roles, preferably within complex programs or change/transformation environments.
- Strong administrative skills with a good eye for detail and the ability to structure information.
- Experience working with personnel-related processes and coordination.
- Very good communication skills and the ability to create clarity and consensus among different stakeholders.
- Ability to translate strategic goals into structured and practical working methods.
- Good ability to handle stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally.
- A proactive work approach and strong problem-solving skills.
About the Assignment
This is a consultancy assignment via OIO with a duration of approximately 6 months, with a chance of extension.
Scope: Full-time
