About the role
As an Accountant at Elektrobyrån, you will become a central part of our administrative department. We are a company with operations in 12 locations, which means high volumes and a varied daily routine. You will work in a team with two colleagues, supporting our department managers and project managers with financial expertise. The role involves taking overall responsibility for the ongoing accounting in the company together with your colleagues, while also acting as a backup for your colleagues during year-end closing and reporting. Your direct manager is our CEO.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, order processing, and invoicing.
• Monthly and annual financial statements as well as group reporting.
• Project accounting, including progressive profit settlement and analysis of project flows.
• Payroll administration.
• Ongoing contact and support for the organization's project managers and department managers.
• Participation in the implementation of new business systems.

About you
We are looking for someone with a solid foundation in economics, demonstrated by at least 5 years of practical experience in qualified accounting. You have previous experience working with independent financial closing and feel confident in the entire financial flow. Experience from the construction or installation industry and an understanding of project accounting are advantageous, as is experience with payroll administration. You must have good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. Ideally, you have some form of post-secondary education in economics (University College or University).

As a person, you are stable, grounded, and flexible. You thrive in an environment where conditions may change and you have the ability to reprioritize when necessary. Since the role involves many contact points, you need to be communicative and have a high sense of service. You are a team player who values good relationships and a flat organizational structure.
