• You collaborate with Digital Product Managers and business stakeholders to understand goals, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
• You collect, analyze, and document business needs in a way that makes them clear and usable for digital teams.
• You translate needs into requirements, process flows, and decision support materials that support both prioritization and implementation.
• You support the design and implementation of digital solutions with a focus on measurable business value.
• You work closely with Product Owners, developers, architects, and UX specialists to create alignment and progress.
• You contribute to roadmap planning, prioritization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• You drive dialogue between different functions and help operations and digital teams work towards the same goals.

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within digitalization, IT, or transformation projects.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in structuring complex information into clear recommendations and decision support materials.
• Experience in collecting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Experience in facilitating dialogue and collaboration with various types of stakeholders.
• Good understanding of business processes, digital products, and agile working methods.
• Very good communication skills and experience in building trust across different functions and organizations.
• A proactive, curious, and improvement-oriented approach to work.
