We are now looking for a colleague for a consulting assignment with Intrum Special Collection, starting at the end of August.

As a Collector in DS-General, you will work with Intrum's post-dunning process together with the collection process in the Nova system. The role primarily combines administrative responsibility with some customer dialogue, focusing on driving the business forward in Intrum's administrative areas. You work largely proactively and find the most efficient solutions in processes and workflows.

You work primarily in the Nova system, where you combine structure, business drive, and holistic solutions to maximize results.

The role involves among other things:

• Administrative work related to our end customers, clients, the Swedish Enforcement Authority (Kronofogden), and other authorities
• Structured work in lists and portfolios to prioritize the right cases at the right time
• Working in various systems, processes, and making business decisions
• Close collaboration with internal teams and external authorities to create quality and efficiency throughout the workflow

Your qualifications

We are looking for you who are accustomed to and enjoy working with administrative and varied tasks. You have a proactive and creative work style, challenge both yourself and others, and have the ability to make difficult decisions and communicate them in a professional and pedagogical manner.

You are skilled in written and verbal communication and are driven by finding the best solutions for Intrum's end customers and clients. With humility, you can put yourself in others' situations and build trust. You are positive and engaged in contributing to continuous change and improvement work to ensure high quality in delivery.

To succeed in the role, you also need to be comfortable navigating between different system environments in a simple and efficient way. You work structured towards clear goals, are a good team player, and want to actively contribute to both the team's results and Intrum's continued development. You express yourself effortlessly in Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.
