PS Finance Group is a leading player in the finance and debt collection industry, and we are now looking for a litigation lawyer who wants to help strengthen our legal offering. We always strive to provide our customers with high-quality and efficient solutions.

About the role
As a litigation lawyer with us, you will work together with competent colleagues with broad experience in disputes, insolvency, and claims law. The role involves significant personal responsibility and independent work, but also close collaboration with your colleagues and ongoing knowledge exchange.

In this role, you will independently handle our customers' contractual issues and disputed claims throughout the entire process – from the statement of claim to the court's decision. You will drive your own cases and represent our customers in both minor disputes and more complex processes. Other tasks within disputes and insolvency are also part of the role. As a litigation lawyer at PS Finance Group, you play a central role in ensuring that our customers receive qualified legal advice and professional representation throughout the process. Our customers are found in a range of different industries, which gives you a varied and developing daily routine.

We are looking for someone who has

• Swedish law degree (Jur.kand., LL.M.)
• At least 1–2 years of experience in legal work and litigation experience

It is an advantage if you have:

• Completed notarial service
• Previous experience with claims cases

As a person, you have strong analytical skills, a solution-oriented attitude, and a strong focus on the customer's needs. You thrive working independently and have a structured work method. At the same time, you are a team player who collaborates well with others. You are characterized by high integrity and a professional approach. Furthermore, you have good ability to express yourself well in speech and writing. You are motivated by working in a results-oriented environment and by achieving set goals.
