About the Staffing Unit

The Staffing Unit is located in pleasant premises in central Mölnlycke and is part of Härryda Municipality's HR function. The unit consists of 12 engaged and skilled employees who work with recruitment and staffing for several of the municipality's operations. Our largest customers are within healthcare and social care, disability support, primary school, preschool, and cleaning services.

Your Mission

We are now looking for a recruiter for a permanent position as one of our appreciated employees is moving on to new adventures.

In your role as a recruiter, you work closely with other recruiters as well as the staffing planners in the unit. You are involved in the entire recruitment process – from marketing and planning to selection, interviews, reference checks, and closing.

We recruit large volumes, and in a normal year, we hire over 1,200 people, which means you need to be someone who likes a high pace without compromising on quality and accuracy.

For our larger operations, we work with "One Way In," which means that all recruitment of both intermittent temporary staff and permanent base staff goes through the Staffing Unit. The work is done in close collaboration with the managers in the operations. Through this approach, managers receive administrative support, we avoid duplicate work, and we gain synergies as we can channel good candidates to other vacant positions. The role includes monitoring the LAS list (Swedish Employment Protection Act), priority rights, and conversions.

The work also includes administrative tasks related to recruitment. You have ongoing contact with managers, colleagues, and other support functions.

We work in several different systems, including Visma Recruit, Winlas, and Refapp. The implementation of Heroma as a payroll and planning system is underway, which will lead to the efficiency of certain work processes.

Requirements for the Position

Competency Requirements:

  • University degree in, for example, personnel or behavioral science
  • Experience working as a recruiter
  • Ability to work at a high pace while maintaining quality
  • Experience with Visma Recruit or equivalent recruitment system
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Availability to start the position no later than August 1, 2026

Meritorious:

  • Experience with volume recruitment, e.g., summer recruitment
  • Experience recruiting for schools and preschools
  • Experience recruiting for healthcare, social care, and disability support
  • Experience with competency-based recruitment
  • Experience with social media marketing

To obtain employment, an extract from the Police Register of Offenses "Control of Own Information" must be presented. The extract takes about 2 weeks to obtain, so apply immediately.
