About the role:

Do you want to work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment where you can use your language skills daily? We are now looking for a service-oriented and engaged customer service representative with fluent Danish!

As a customer service representative, you will be the company's face to our Danish customers. You will handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and assist customers with questions, orders, complaints, and technical support depending on the business's needs.

Location: Central Gothenburg

Scope: Full-time

Start date: July 27

Working hours: Scheduled Monday–Friday with hours varying between 08:00–20:00. Weekend work may occur.

Who are you?

You are a person who thrives in a service-oriented role and is motivated by helping others. You have a solution-oriented approach and are skilled at communicating clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. You have fluent Danish and are comfortable using Swedish and/or English in your work. Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but most important is your attitude, your engagement, and your willingness to develop. You work well both independently and as part of a team, contributing to a positive atmosphere.
