About the role of Municipal Guide

As a Municipal Guide, you are a central contact point for residents and visitors. You work with providing service, guidance, and support regarding questions related to the municipality's various departments.

You handle incoming inquiries through multiple channels and ensure that residents receive the correct information and assistance in a professional and efficient manner. This role is suitable for you if you thrive in a varied daily routine where customer service and problem-solving are the focus.

Example of duties:

• Answer incoming questions from residents via phone and email
• Receive and assist visitors at the reception
• Guide residents to the correct department or contact channel
• Handle and administer cases in digital systems
• Work with Office 365 and other business systems

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who have experience in service roles and are accustomed to meeting people in various situations. You have good communication skills, are solution-oriented, and enjoy working in a structured manner, even at times with a high pace.

Requirements for the position

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, service, or reception
• Good digital skills and proficiency in Office 365
• Completed upper secondary education (high school diploma)
• Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing
