The healthcare administrative unit within VO8 provides administrative services to cardiology (ward, clinic, day care, angio/PCI lab, CIED lab) as well as the clinical physiology clinic. We are now looking for a Medical Secretary to join our administrative team, based at the cardiology department.

We provide both emergency and planned care. We have an open and positive work climate where we develop working methods together and create a secure and sustainable work environment. We strive to make coming to work both stimulating and meaningful.

What can we offer you?

As a Medical Secretary, you will have a varied daily routine with tasks such as: medical documentation, reception duties, mail handling, referral processing, and registration in our patient administration system, among others. You will work in close collaboration with other healthcare staff and play a key role in the development and improvement of our operations.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who have vocational higher education (KY) or higher vocational education (YH) as a Medical Secretary or equivalent, with good knowledge of the Swedish language. We see that you are a proficient user of IT support, preferably with experience of the medical record systems Melior and Elvis.

We are looking for someone who is structured and quality-conscious, solution-oriented and flexible, responsible, and easy to collaborate with. We also value that you are open to change, contribute new ideas, and want to help develop our operations. Personal suitability will be given great weight.
