Description

The Care Administration is seeking an Administrator for the Staffing Unit. This is a full-time temporary position from 2026-10-01 to 2027-09-01, with the possibility of extension. The recruitment process will begin during the application period.

Responsibilities

You will work as an administrator in the Care Administration's Staffing Unit. You are empathetic and accustomed to working in teams. You are social, thrive when managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and have a knack for structuring your work. You are organized, take initiative for development, can prioritize and make decisions. Additionally, you are a quick learner and have good computer skills.

Qualifications

At least upper secondary education within office work, economics, administration, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer. You have experience in personnel administration and payroll. You have good computer skills, are proficient in Microsoft Office, and have good verbal and written communication skills. Experience with IT systems such as Personec, Time Care/Multiaccess, and Time Pool is a plus. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
