About Us

The Communications Department at Regionhälsan leads, develops, and coordinates the administration's overall communication. We provide qualified communicative support to the operations to help achieve set goals. We also house the regional editorial team for 1177.se.

About the Role

As a Communicator, you will have a broad and varied role where you work both strategically and operationally. You will support Regionhälsan's operations in their communication efforts, contributing with advice, planning, and execution.

Your main responsibilities:

• Plan, produce, and publish content for web and social media
• Work with both internal and external communication
• Participate in editorial and news work
• Develop and implement communication plans
• Create and update printed materials in accordance with VGR's visual identity
• Support managers and leadership in communicative matters
• Work with press and media contacts

You will collaborate closely with our operations, analyze communication needs, and make professional assessments with a focus on effectiveness. If needed, you can also contribute to the work with regional content on 1177.se. The role also involves collaboration with communication functions within the corporate office and other administrations.

About You

• You have education in media and communication science, journalism, or equivalent as assessed by the employer as relevant for the position.
• You are a communicative person who enjoys collaborating with others and can justify communicative assessments and gain traction.
• You take initiative and contribute with ideas and development thoughts.
• You have high digital skills and learn new tools and methods quickly when needed.
• You have good knowledge of the office package, web publishing, and Adobe programs. You also have knowledge of digital accessibility for public operations.
• You master the Swedish language very well in speech and writing.
• You have at least two years of experience working as a communicator, and we view it positively if you have experience working within public operations.

As a person, you are self-reliant, service-oriented, and collaborative. You have analytical and strategic skills, see the big picture while having an eye for detail and quality. You are flexible and can handle reprioritizations, while working in a structured manner and being stress-resistant. We place great emphasis on personal suitability for the position.

Conditions

The position is a fixed-term contract until 31/8/2027. Travel for work may occur.

Salary form: Monthly salary, individual salary setting.
