Megajobs AB is growing and is now looking for more driven employees to join our team. Currently, we are seeking a mentor/job coach for our operations in Gothenburg.

In the role of mentor/job coach, you will work within the "Rusta och Matcha" program. Your mission is to support individuals who are outside the labor market in moving closer to employment or studies. Through individual coaching, guidance, and various activities, you contribute to participants taking steps towards a sustainable establishment in the labor market.

Your responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and follow up on individual plans together with participants
• Work to ensure participants reach employment or studies quickly and sustainably
• Document interventions and handle administration and reporting
• Collaborate with the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen) and employers
• Represent the operations in a professional and trustworthy manner
• Lead group activities, workshops, and seminars
• Participate in and organize recruitment meetings and job fairs
• Use digital tools and social media to showcase candidates

Qualifications

• At least 180 higher education credits (or 120 credits under the previous system)
• At least two years of full-time work experience (part-time experience may be accepted if it equates to full-time in total)
