Axelsons is the oldest and largest educational provider in the Nordics within the fields of health, wellness, and body therapies. At our facility in Gothenburg, we train future therapists and serve clients for treatments and consultations.

We are now looking for a Reception Manager who wants to be the hub of our daily operations. This role is perfect for you if you thrive on coordinating multiple parallel workflows, making quick decisions, and creating structure in an environment where the pace can sometimes be high.

About the role

As Reception Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that daily operations run smoothly for clients, students, therapists, and employees. You plan and optimize schedules, handle bookings, and ensure that the right resources are in place at the right time.

You work operationally in the reception area while simultaneously driving improvements and developing working methods that create efficiency and excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the reception
• Coordinate bookings, treatment rooms, and other resources
• Plan and adjust schedules based on courses, occupancy, and business needs
• Handle customer contacts via the reception desk, phone, and email
• Receive clients, students, and visitors
• Identify opportunities for improvement and develop routines and working methods

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in planning, coordinating, or running operational activities
• Thrives on handling many parallel tasks
• Is organized and maintains overview even when the pace is high
• Is solution-oriented and acts when problems arise
• Takes responsibility and drives work forward
• Has strong administrative skills
• Has experience in sales and customer service
